Yoga Workshops

The yoga workshops are designed for both beginners and advanced yoga students.  These yoga workshops are exciting opportunities to begin, or continue your study, exploration and practice of yoga. Our topic specific yoga workshops focus on the nuances, subtleties and anatomical mechanics that aren't always explored in public yoga classes. In these carefully sequenced yoga workshops you'll find a learning environment created to extend your knowledge while advancing your yoga practice.

Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class. If you feel hungry, have a light snack such as fruit and tea
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Layers provide for shedding & adding
Classes begin on time so arrive a few minutes early to get settled
Bring your own mat or towel
You might also like to bring a blanket, cushion, eye-pillow, belt, block
