All of the yoga classes are led by Cathy, a Yoga Alliance certified RYT500 instructor. The yoga classes are influenced by teachings from Kripalu, Integrative Yoga Therapy and Anusara. These yoga classes explore the proper use of props, prep poses; pose modifications, body mechanics, sequencing, breath awareness and meditation.

Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class. If you
feel hungry, have a light snack such as fruit and tea
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Layers provide for shedding & adding
Classes begin on time so arrive a few minutes early to get settled
Bring your own mat - we do have extrras if needed!
You might also like to bring a blanket, cushion, eye-pillow, belt,
block. We do have extras if needed!
